چکیده
Abstract Background and Aims Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is characterized by a shift to senescent B cells, namely, switched memory (SM) (CD19+IgD-CD27+) exhausted-double negative (DN) (CD19+IgD-CD27-) subtypes. The aim of this study was evaluate the impact T cell immunity in distinct - pattern SLE. Method A wide range exhaustion related lymphocyte surface molecules, including CD45RA, CCR7, CD31, CD28, CD57, on cells CD27 IgD analyzed flowcytometry naïve, active subtypes were determined 31 patients with inactive Nephritis (LP). Results Comparison SM DN subpopulations revealed significant correlation naïve “unexperienced” CD4 CD8 compartment cells. Indeed, appeared even stronger regarding Recent thymic emigrants (RTE) CD4CD31+ (r=0.575), CD4+ Central Memory (CM) (CD45RA-CCR7+) (r=0.546), CD4CD45RA+CD28+(r=0.556), CD4CD28+CD57- (r=0.621), CD4CD45+CD57- (r=0.544), CD4CD45-CD57- (r=0.65), CD8CD28+CD57- (r=0.596), CD8CD45-CD57- (r=0.556) while weak yet their Naïve (CD45RA+CCR7+) (r=0.432), CD8CM(CD45RA-CCR7+) (r=0.474), RTE CD8CD31+ (r=0.461), CD8CD28+CD57+ (r=0.442). Less apparent phenomenon between CM (r=0.381), CD4CD45RA+CD28+ (r=0.504), (r=0.587), (r=0.487), CD4CD28+CD57+ (r=0.491), (r=0.419), (r=0.397), Naive(CD45RA+CCR7+) (r=0.366), (r=0.363), (r=0.483), (r=0.444), CD8CD45-CD57+ (r=0.384). Conclusion predominant senescent/exhausted lymphocytes SLE LN may have direct subpopulations.

CD3+CD8+CD28− T Lymphocytes in Patients with Lupus Nephritis
The results of studies on the CD3(+)CD8(+)CD28(-) cells in SLE are inconsistent since several analyses describe CD3(+)CD8(+)CD28(-) as either immunosuppressive or cytotoxic. The aim of this study is to inquire whether the quantitative changes of CD3(+)CD8(+)CD28(-) T lymphocytes subpopulation are related to the clinical status of patients with lupus nephritis. Evaluation of Foxp3 expression on ...
متن کاملT cells and B cells in lupus nephritis.
T and B lymphocytes play diverse roles at multiple stages in the development and progression of lupus nephritis. Disruption of T- and B-cell regulatory functions by environmental and genetic influences permits pathogenic effectors to emerge in disease. New insights into the biology of these multifunctional cells offer novel targets for intervention in lupus nephritis and systemic autoimmunity.

Interplay between human adipocytes and T lymphocytes in obesity: CCL20 as an adipochemokine and T lymphocytes as lipogenic modulators.
OBJECTIVE Adipose tissue (AT) plays a major role in the low-grade inflammatory state associated with obesity. The aim of the present study was to characterize the human AT lymphocytes (ATLs) and to analyze their interactions with adipocytes. METHODS AND RESULTS Human ATL subsets were characterized by flow cytometry in subcutaneous ATs from 92 individuals with body mass index (BMI) ranging fro...
